News and Updates


Goodness, I looked at the date for my last journal posting and it was about three months ago. So! Things haven't changed so much, but subtly. I was accepted into the Interactive Art and Technology program at SFU, so I'll be starting school in the beginning of May. I'm looking forward to it quite a lot, and I'm especially looking forward to improving in my artistic skill. The program will require a lot of art classes in the next three years and that's just fine with me. There are quite a lot of things that I would like to improve when it comes to my artwork.

I've got a few projects that I am working on, most of them being pieces for [link]. I still feel that I am learning quite a lot with each piece of artwork that I create, but I think I'm slowing down a bit and I'm not sure what I am not doing correctly, or what I could improve upon.

My husband got a new job at Shaw, which he is very much enjoying. The company is awesome to their employees and he says it's very rewarding. I can only hope that at the end of my schooling I can find a job like that also.

I'll most likely be putting up a few more pieces in the next little while that I just haven't gotten around to posting. I've just been too busy, or perhaps too scattered. I've got all these -things- that I'm doing, and I am starting to have a hard time keeping track of my projects, even though I write them all down. I wonder if anyone else ever has that problem? Regardless, I need to get all of my stuff in order...

I haven't really either, but I think that all of mine were starting to sound all alike and many people don't thank others really at all... so I kind of stopped doing it. :-P
